About Tienta

Tienta is the consulting practice of Jeff Peterson, who has spent more than 20 years in engineering leadership — twice joining a company as a founding engineer and growing into the CTO role, and twice stepping into crisis leadership when an organization needed stability fast.

At EntryPoint Networks, that path ran 12 years: from founding engineer to CTO, building six SaaS platforms and navigating a private equity transition along the way. At Txtwire Technologies, he was promoted into the CTO role during a leadership crisis and scaled the platform to handle tens of millions of messages a month at 99.9% deliverability. At Surefire, he led an organizational transformation, building AI-native tooling from scratch and taking the team’s release cadence from one deployment a month to ninety.
